• Master’s degree in Photonic Engineering (or closely related field) or a PhD
• Strong knowledge of fiber laser and diode laser systems
• Experience with optical design software (Zemax preferred, or equivalent)
• Curious, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
• English spoken (and written)
