Team/division description
The TME Gazoo Racing (GR) division exists to protect motorsports culture and the authentic racing “Gemba”, using motorsports as a driver for ever‑better cars and to create customer smiles.
GR Parts & Accessories team mission is to provide customers with the opportunity to upgrade their vehicles and make motorsport available to everyone using genuine parts
GR Parts & Accessories team responsibility is:
1) Planning of GR parts & accessories (Specific track usage performance parts, upgrade parts and accessories for the road use, styling accessories for GRS branded grades) that enhance GR and Toyota vehicles.
2) Develop and implement the strategy for the GR parts & accessories growth and expansion towards future trends.
3) New products investigation & planning based on trends, customer input, market evolution that will ensure the future business opportunities for GR branded parts & accessories for our entire network.
Your project
GR offers a range of performance parts and accessories that enhance the driving experience and strengthen the GR brand. To support future product development, we would like to better understand what other automotive manufacturers are doing in this area.
Your project consists of benchmarking competitors' performance parts and accessories activities, with a focus on:
• Researching and comparing performance parts and accessories offered by automotive manufacturers
• Collecting information about product types, pricing, sales channels, and customer benefits
• Identifying interesting market trends and new product ideas
• Analysing how competitors promote and market their performance products and brands
• Summarizing findings and presenting recommendations that could support future GR Parts & Accessories development
Your profile
• You are fluent in English (TME's business language)
• You have an interest in cars, motorsports, and the automotive industry
• You enjoy research and are comfortable working with information from different sources
• You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• You can organize information in a clear and structured way
• You can prepare presentations and reports using standard office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• You are comfortable communicating with different stakeholders when required

Due to business requirement, not all performed projects can be reflected in the internship report. This issue needs to be discussed with candidate/school in advance.
It is mandatory that applicants are students for the entire period of the internship.
The internship must be curricular, an integral part of the candidate's academic program, ensuring that they receive academic credits and that it contributes towards the completion of their diploma
